Today, Constituents of Cross River North Senatorial District embarked on fitness and awareness walk in solidarity and support for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the party prepares for the 2023 general elections.
The constituents took the walk from Duke Park in Igoli-Ogoja LGA, round Igoli and down to Okuku-Yala Yala LGA.
According to the organisers; Mr. Paul Adima, Mr. Eddy Agbor, Mr. Leo Inyambe, etc, the walk was to further boost the confidence and preparedness of PDP to win the 2023 general elections, stating that, supporters of Sen. Jarigbe Agom who’s seeking to return to the Senate in 2023 after a wonderful and meritorious performance, Barr. Godwin Offiono who’s contesting the ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency House of Representatives seat, and the entire PDP candidates in Cross River State, must remain steadfast, fit and battle ready.
According to Mr. Egar Mgbantul, Senatorial officer to Senator Jarigbe, The Party will continue to trickle down development to the people. “We have full confidence in all our Candidates. We strongly believe they’ll emulate Senator Jarigbe by representing us well if they’re elected. As the election draws near, let’s go back to our respective polling units and wards to preach PDP to our people because we have what it takes to represent our people well. Senator Jarigbe who’s a PDP Senator is doing it, others will do well too.”
