The expectations of the people from political leaders is undaunted representation. As a car owner it is not sensible to have what’s working perfectly in your vehicle removed by the mechanic, You only replace a spoilt part of your vehicle. The same goes to our political leaning. No one changes a leader that is performing. In Cross River North, we will have both Sen. Jarigbe Agom and Gov. Ben Ayade on the ballot for the Senate seat in PDP and APC, respectively.
While Sen. Jarigbe has earmarked his name in the hearts of the people of Okpoma and O’oh Wards and in fact the entire people of Cross River North with his litany of Projects with direct impact on the people, Gov. Ayade on the other hand, has been swimming in fakeness, lies, deceit, mockery of governance with thousands of appointments without portfolio nor office allocation. The difference is clear, No one changes what’s working perfectly.
Having facilitated projects to all the 54 wards of Cross River North, the gratuitous people of Okpoma and O’oh Wards in Yala Local Government Area, have decided not to Waste thier votes come 2023. As the saying goes; “seeing is believing”, The wards will not change Senator Jarigbe whose projects in Okpoma and O’oh are visible even to the blind to feel against an Ayade that has not just deprived them of water by refusing to pay Water board staff in Okpoma salary for months leading to their strike action, but has also destroyed and abandoned their once motorable/manageable road in the guise of constructing a ‘mirage’ called dual carriage way unknown to the people that he was using the road as conduit to loot the State’s treasury. It’s over 3 years since the road was deceitfully awarded, who are the contractors? where are they? What’s the state of work? Okpoma people have lost their promising children to the road. People get ill on daily basis for inhaling dust and in raining season people are stuck on the road, even marketers can’t access the market to sell and buy goods for survival.
Below are some of Jarigbe’s projects/interventions in Okpoma and O’oh Wards of Yala LGA:

Gov. Ayade is coming to ask for votes to return to the Senate after his regrettable 4 years term as Senator and 8 years as Governor with nothing to show for in Okpoma/O’oh, Yala LGA, Cross River North and Cross River State in general, instead of organising an apology tour to apologize to the people for his wasteful years. His Hallelujah boys should point to a single completed project of Ayade in Okpoma and O’oh Wards; we’ll not recycle failure.
