…As Etung LG Officially Presents Senator Sandy Ojang Onor .
The Cross River State PDP Gubernatorial campaign trail stormed the Central Senatorial District of the state with a call on Boki, Ikom, Etung, Abi and Obubra LGAs to appreciate the emergence of their own with their votes, as events culminate to the 2023 general elections.
PDP’s candidates in the Central Senatorial District such as Rt. Hon. Bassey Ewa, Barr. Attah Ochinke, Hon. Okpechi Friday, Hon. Eko Atu, Mr Ekobi Ekobi, Walter Nandi Esom, Samuel Neji Abang, Esoso Ayambem Esoso, Pst. Obi Ebam Ndep, Frank Ovat and Theophilus Abiri were all in attendance.
Senator Onor who is the gubernatorial candidate and Senator representing the Senatorial District stated that, as son of the soil, there was no need for him to campaign at home, but would rather urge his kinsmen not to disappoint him and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Sandy reiterated his pledge to address the problem of insecurity, unemployment, poverty, illegal logging and other challenges militating against the development of respective Local Government Areas.
In Etung, various traditional dancers (Moninkim), drumming and other activities were observed as the people officially endorsed Senator Senator Prof. Sandy Ojang Onor and Lady Emana Ambros as Governor and deputy governorship candidates and other PDP Candidates for various positions.
Other dignitaries in attendance include, H.E Donald Duke, H.E Effiok Cobham, Hon. Barr. Vena Ikem , Ntufam Gabe Orji, Barr. Ekpo Ada, Barr. Paul Ishabor, Barr. Michelle Monn, Mr RoyJones Akpak, Mr AB Amani Jojo, Mr Fabian Okwajie, Mr Godwin Igwe amongst others.
