Following Gov Ayade’s choice of words at the ongoing APC campaign rally where he referred to Senator Jarigbe as a megalomaniac, The senator has also replied the governor, advising him to stay humble since his dirty linens was made clean by others including himself. Read full statement below…

” A Reaction to the irresponsible utterances of a Man with an inherent complex:
I am deliberate about my elegance in Politics, but I will be offending my Late Parents, if I make a mess of my background and sweep the floor or carry files for a Son of a Night-Soil-Man.No sane mind will support a man who has failed abysmally as Governor to return to the Senate. The word “megalomaniac’ is closely associated with the man using it to describe others.
Those whose dirty linens have been washed, by our collective resolve, should stay humble. I challenge Governor Ayade to say one thing he has done successfully in 12 years, including 8 years as Governor in comparison to what I have done for my people as a Legislator. He should stop being vociferous because, in an ideal Society, he will only pass for a jester.
As Christians let’s always remember Lamentations 3:36.”
Both Ayade and Jarigbe are contesting to be Senator for Cross River North Senatorial District in APC and PDP respectively.
