The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Otu has appointed Chief (Mrs) Angela Ogeyi as the new Director General of the State Emergency Management Agency.
This was contained in a statement signed and released by the Governors’ deputy chief press secretary Mr Edem Darlington and made available to newsmen.
The statement reads;
Appointment Of Director General, Cross River State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA).
His Excellency Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State has approved the appointment of Chief (Mrs.) Angela Ogeyi Odey as the
Director General of the State Emergency Management Agency, (SEMA).
The appointment takes effect from August 1, 2023.
The Governor charges the new appointee to bring her wealth of experience to bear in her new role and wishes her the best in service to the State.
