Yesterday, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, along with other members, felicitated with Hon. Godwin Offiono, the member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency, on his birthday in his National Assembly office.
The speaker, ably represented by Rt. Hon. Dr. Nnamdi Chamberlain Donkwu, his Deputy Chief of Staff, and other lawmakers, presented a cake and birthday card. They eulogized Hon. Godwin Offiono for his humility, legislative dexterity, readiness to serve, and friendliness. The speaker described Hon.
