The Member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency, Hon. Godwin Offiono has facilitated the installation of solar street light across communities in his federal constituency.
The installations in this phase were carried out in the following areas; Okuku, Abakpa-Junction, Gabu, Yache, Yahe, Wanihem, Mbube, Ekandagha, among others, with many Other communities to be lighted up in the next phase of the project.
The Constituency Officer to the Honourable Member, Dr. Raphael Oko, monitoring the installations, assured the people of more projects from the MP. He reiterated the MP’s commitment to ensuring that basic amenities are attracted to the constituency. He informed that solar and motorized boreholes construction are currently ongoing in some parts of the constituency, with additional solar street lights on the way.
The benefiting communities commended the Honourable member for his efforts and prayed for more grace upon him to attract more projects to the constituency.
