In collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs & Poverty Alleviation, the Senator representing Cross River South Senatorial District, Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong initiated the distribution of essential food items ( 25kg bag of Rice, Beans, Garri and Maize) to over 500 Constituents in his Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State. According to the senator, this effort is aimed at providing much-needed relief to families and individuals facing food insecurity in our communities.
In his words, “We remain committed to addressing the immediate needs of our people and ensuring no one is left behind. By providing these food items, we hope to alleviate hunger and support households during these challenging times.”
