I hope this letter finds you well. After much consideration, reflection and consultations with my supporters, I am writing to formally resign my membership from the People Democratic Party(PDP) effective immediately.
This decision has not been an easy one, as I have long respected the values and goals that the party stands for. However, I believe that my personal convictions and political beliefs no longer align with the direction of the party. It is important for me to remain true to my principles, and as such, I find it necessary to resign from the party at this time.
I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the opportunities, experiences, and support I have received during my time as a member. I have learned a great deal.
I wish the party and its leadership all the best in their future endeavors and continue to hope for progress in the causes that will be beneficial to our people.
